The results of the horizontal transfer application evaluation to our Vocational School in the Spring Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year are attached. Horizontal Transfer final registrations, as specified in the calendar; can be made in person by the student or via electronic mail within working hours on February 13-16, 2023. Those who will register via electronic mail must fill in and sign the attached registration form completely, then scan it and send it in PDF format to burdurshmyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr within the registration dates.

Registration Place: Burdur Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu student affairs office  

Documents Required for Registration

1) High school diploma or certified copy

2) Copy of Identity Card

3) 3 passport photos (taken within the last 6 months)

4) Student ID card from the university they are coming from

5) Document from the university they are enrolled in stating that there is no objection to their horizontal transfer

The responsibility for the documents submitted to our Vocational School by the students who applied for Horizontal Transfer belongs to them. In case of detection of fraudulent documents, their registration will be deleted even if they have registered.
